I bought this for my brother as a gift because he’s really into spicy stuff lately, and I was trying to get ahead on birthday shopping for once. The peppers themselves were totally fine, but the packaging was plain and didn’t really have that “gift” feel when it showed up. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it just didn’t feel special enough to hand over as-is. I’d probably buy it again for myself, just not necessarily as a present.

i wasn’t a fan of how the prices showed up on peppersusa.com. While I was browsing, it seemed like one price, but once I got to checkout, extra costs felt like they suddenly appeared. Maybe I missed a detail somewhere, but I really think that stuff should be more obvious from the start.
I ended up feeling unsure about what I was actually paying for, which made me hesitate. For me, that’s a big deal when shopping online, because I want to know the full cost before I’m already at the final step

I’ve ordered from Peppers USA a few times now, mostly because my first order went smoothly. But after the last two, I’m starting to wonder if the experience is just a little hit or miss. Shipping took longer than I expected, and one of the bottles had leaked a bit when it arrived. Nothing was totally awful, but it does make me assume this might be a pattern rather than a one-time thing. Not sure I’ll keep reordering...

My order did arrive in good condition, but it showed up later than I expected. The tracking also didn’t update much, so I was kind of left guessing when it would actually get here. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but personally I’d say the delivery process could definitely be better.

I tried placing an order but the checkout kept freezing on me, then it randomly emptied my cart... super frustrating. I ended up typing all my info in twice and still couldn't get it to work, so I just gave up. not exactly the best first impression

I reached out and can’t remember if it was later that day or the next morning, but they got back to me quickly either way. The timing’s a little fuzzy, but I didn’t feel like I was waiting around long.

They looked nice at first. Bright and all. But a few peppers were soft. Flavor was flat too. Not terrible. Just not as fresh as I expected for the price.

My order eventually showed up, but it took way longer than expected. I know other customers probably don’t want to be left waiting around either, so faster shipping would make a big difference.

So... I was expecting this to be mild like the label said, but it ended up being way hotter than I could handle. The flavor was fine, but the heat definitely didn’t match the rating.

The communication was bad. I kept having to reach out just to find out what was going on. Updates were slow, vague, or didn’t really explain anything. Not great. It felt like I was completely out of the loop the whole time. Even a quick message here and there would’ve made a big difference. Instead, just frustrating. I wouldn’t use them again.

I tried using the website and it was just annoying because I couldn’t really find what I needed quickly and I kept clicking around thinking it would be simple but it ended up taking way longer than it should have

So, yeah, they do have some good pepper stuff, and I noticed a few things I hadn’t really seen at other places, which was nice. But, like, in some categories the selection felt a little limited to me. It wasn’t bad or anything overall, I just kind of wish there had been more options to choose from.

I didn’t really enjoy the flavor. It tasted bland and kind of weak to me, which was disappointing. i was expecting a lot better and would appreciate an apology for the letdown.

Starting the return was actually simple, so at first I thought the whole process was going to be quick and painless. I filled out what I needed to, sent the item back, and figured the refund would show up within a normal amount of time. But then I kept waiting and nothing really happened, which got frustrating because you never know if it’s just slow processing or if something went wrong. I ended up having to email them twice to ask about it, and the response I got was short and didn’t really explain much. I did eventually get my money back, so it worked out in the end, but the wait and lack of communication made it feel like more of a hassle than it needed to be.

When the box arrived, something felt off right away. The packaging was a mess, and the product had leaked all over inside the box. Definitely not the best experience.

I was hoping it would feel more worth the price, but it seemed a little overpriced for what I got. It wasn’t terrible, but if you’re watching your budget like I am, I’d probably look for a better deal elsewhere

I don’t remember everything else in the order, but the peppers definitely stood out in a bad way. They were already soft when they arrived and had that old, not-fresh smell. I was hoping they’d be crisp, but I ended up not wanting to use them...

I do like a lot of the products here, but it’s kind of frustrating when you’re trying to put an order together and then half the peppers you wanted are out of stock. I checked back a few different times thinking maybe I just caught it at a bad moment, but nope, still nothing. The site itself is fine and easy enough to use, but when you’ve already planned what you want and then have to rethink the whole order, it gets annoying fast. I’d definitely order more if the availability was better.
